• Nurse Unit Manager-Rehabilitation
• This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity.

We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to take on an exciting clinical management role in our rehabilitation leadership team at Masada Private Hospital as a Nurse Unit Manager.

About the Role

The role encompasses leading an experienced team of nursing professionals in the planning, implementing and evaluating of multi-disciplinary practices, processes and services within the 30 bed, all -private room ward.

The position is accountable for the efficient and effective management of staff and resources within the department to deliver excellent clinical care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical leadership skill set in a hospital setting either as a Nurse Manager in a similar department or as a senior nurse wanting to step into a management role.

You will also bring:

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
• Proven knowledge and experience as an ANUM, Hospital Coordinator or Nurse Unit Manager in a similar ward.
• Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance is highly desirable.

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate of $66.06 + Superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC NUM Level 1)

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
