Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking multiple Mobile Plant Operators to join our client who specialises across civil construction and mining projects in Western Australia.

We have several roles available for experienced operators to join their diverse team on a temp to perm opportunity!

Current Vacancies:

• Dozer Operator – D10 GPS essential
• Grader Operators – 16M, 18M & 24M (Trimble GPS preferred)
• Loader Operators – 992 CAT

Pay Rates:

• Dozer/Grader Operator: $65–$72 p/h + $1.50 p/h site uplift
• Loader/Grader Operator: $58-$65 p/h + $1.50 p/h site uplift

Project & Roster Details:

• Scope: Bulk earthworks work
• 2:2 FIFO roster – 1 week days, 1 week nights
• Sites: FMG and BHP (Area C)

To be successful you’ll need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating relevant machines in bulk earthworks
• Relevant operating tickets
• Construction White Card
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol
• FMG/BHP inductions highly desirable
• Full Australian Unrestricted Working Rights
