Tecside have a requirement for experienced mobile plant operators for various Perth sites. This is a mix of subdivisions/civil, bulking, quarries and house demos etc.

We require the following operators:

Graders/Loaders/Diggers/Dozers/Dump Trucks/Water Cart/Moxy's/Rollers/Dinos

Graders/Loaders/Diggers/Dozers with GPS/final trim highly sought after

Qualifications & experience:

• Construction white card
• Relevant plant tickets
• Driver's License (HR preferred) with reliable transport
• 2 years' minimum experience with relevant work references
• Candidate must have a strong understanding of plant operation
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily pre-start inspections
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Benefits on offer:

• $36.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on machine and experience
• 50+ hours per week including Saturday work
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing roles - temp to perm - for the right workers
