DirtworX Group is a small family owned and operated company with over 7 years of experience in earthmoving and excavation. We are growing quickly and we have secured ongoing contracts for 2025. We are looking for a passionate and hard working candidate to become part of our team.

We are currently looking for Excavator/Posi Operators, preferably with relevant industry experience and current HR Truck Licence. We currently have a fleet of over 10 excavators ranging from 1.5t-16t, including a few Skid Steers and Dozers. Positions are full time and after a 6 month probationary period, a permanent full time position will be available for the right applicant. Our depot is located in Frankston and we service all areas of Melbourne and surrounds. Pay rates are above award rates and are negotiable based on your experience. Applicant must be available for the occasional Saturday.

Applicants should have:

• A minimum 3 years experience in an Excavator and minimum 2 years in a Skid Steer.
• Must have current Excavator and Skid Steer Ticket.
• A HR Truck licence is a must, you will be required to work in a machine/truck combo at times.
• Must be able to start at our depot in Frankston.
• Current White Card
• Current Working with Children's Check
• An ability to clean and maintain our excavators and cabins, including completing safety checks and greasing machines ready for a 7am start on site.
• An ability to take initiative and lead the team to get the job done right.
• Independence to work on their own when needed.
• Strong eye for detail
• An ability to complete and submit paperwork daily
• A safety first attitude complying with OHS regulations and knowledge of Mass/Weight Requirements
• Confidently be able to operate machinery and communicate via UHF.
• Punctual and be willing to work some weekends and overtime

The successful candidate will be a team player, be flexible with working hours, have good presentation and communication skills. You MUST be able to pass a random drug and alcohol test when required.
