Our client is a well-established civil contracting company with a strong presence across multiple public council areas throughout WA. They specialise in infrastructure projects that support and enhance local communities. Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple experienced Skid Steer operators to join their team for casual ongoing work.

Current Vacancies:

1. Skid Steer Operator

Duties:

• Operating both excavators and skid steers
• Using a sweeper broom attachment on bobcat
• Performing general civil works in public areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
• Operating Tickets
• Drivers license/own form of transport (HR & above preferred)
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen

Pay Rate: $40/hr – $45/hr Casual (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am starts. 8–10 hour days.

1. Final Trim / Experienced Skid Steer Operator

This is suited to a high-level operator with proven metro civil earthworks experience.

• Operating excavators and skid steers in metro environments
• Final trim work and stormwater drainage
• Working with Toyota Huskies or Pozi Track machines (desirable)

Requirements:

• Operating Tickets
• Drivers license/own form of transport (HR & above preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Civil earthworks and drainage experience
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

Pay Rate: $50/hr – $55/hr Casual (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am starts. 8–10 hour days.
Location: Maddington depot and travel to sites with crew
