About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant & Machinery Operator to join our team at Green Gold Energy Pty Ltd in Coelambelly, NSW. As a casual employee, you will be responsible for operating a range of construction equipment, including excavators, telehandlers and skid steer loaders, to support our projects in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate various types of construction equipment, such as excavators, telehandlers and skid steer loaders

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety

Collaborate with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and in line with project timelines

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Plant & Machinery Operator, with a demonstrated track record of operating excavators, telehandlers and skid steer loaders

Relevant licences and certifications, such as a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL) for the operation of construction equipment

Strong understanding of construction equipment maintenance and safety protocols

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
