About You
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude!
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow processes & procedures
- Ability to work to a high standard of speed and accuracy with a minimum of 35 words per minute & the ability to ‘Talk & Type’
- Ability to handle difficult conversations & remain calm under pressure
- Able to demonstrate empathy and care for customers experiencing stressful situations
- A team player committed to working with a sense of urgency, who is punctual & reliable
- Ability to commit to rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays with varying start and finish times due to the 24/7 nature of our business
- An understanding that generally no two rosters will be the same
- Valid driver’s licence & own registered vehicle (as public transport is limited)
- Contact Centre experience welcomed but not essential for successful employment

About the role
- Receiving inbound calls from customers experiencing a mechanical breakdown, anywhere in Australia
- Working in an inclusive team environment to maintain Grades of Service and Call answer KPI's
- Working across a 24/7 roster
- 25 – 38 hrs per week Permanent positions available
- Fulltime paid initial training & continuing development programs provided
- Fortnightly pay cycle with base hourly rate + penalties, superannuation & leave accruals based on Contract Call Centre Award MA000023.
***Intensive internal police security checks with ongoing annual renewals are a mandatory requirement of this role and will be a key condition of ongoing employment***
