Operating hours: 7am-7pm Monday-Sunday

Our energetic and friendly Contact Centre is ready to welcome new operators to the team, based in our beautiful Southport office. We offer a fun, supportive and challenging work environment because we want to see you shine.

To ensure that we continually provide superior Sales & Customer Support experience, we require someone with the following attributes:

Sales experience working towards and achieving KPI's

Ability to perform in a busy work environment

Ability to manage difficult calls whilst remaining patient and calm

Excellent communication skills

Great selling / sales skills

Works well in a team environment - must have terrific team spirit!

Strong ability to multitask

Must have an AMAZING telephone manner

Outstanding customer support skills
