About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Forklift Driver to join our fresh produce business in a full-time capacity at the Perth Markets, Canning Vale. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely unloading and loading of fresh produce along with deliveries throughout the markets.

The ideal candidate will be both a efficient and able to work in a busy environment.

The role is 6 days per week, based in Canning Vale, 3am till 10.30am Sunday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

Forklift operations, manual handling to ensure produce arrivals and dispatch to meet our customer requirements

Checking paperwork to confirm receivals and dispatches match produce being delivered

Loading and unloading trucks

Quality and safety management processes will be crucial

Skills & Experience Required

Physically fit

Forklift (High Risk) Licence is essential

Drivers licence is essential

A strong work ethic, the ability to work autonomously and within a team

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in fresh produce or warehouse skills would be ideal but is not a necessity
