WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT DRIVER

P & A Vigliaturo Orchards Pty Ltd are a fruit growing and packing shed facility located in Ardmona Victoria. We are seeking a motivated and experienced team member to take on the role of Warehouse Forklift Driver in our Operations Team. The full time role will include:

(a) Operating a forklift to stack and unstack items

(b) Operate forklifts in pallet racking areas

(c) Labelling items and computer entering of data to ensure the correct identification of products;

(d) Accurate record keeping

(e) Operating Hydraulic Jacks

The business handles various suppliers with a large amount of product coming in and dispatching out of the premises. As a result, the successful applicant MUST HAVE:

(a) A current Forklift Licence;

(b) At least 2 years’ experience in a packing shed;

(c) Exceptional organisational skills;

(d) Have excellent skills in using materials and handling equipment

(e) Have excellent computer skills to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping

(f) Great communications skills;

Experience in the fruit industry is essential.

The work hours will include every weekend from the period of November through to May.

The ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous for any applicant.

Salary offered is between $74,000 - $78,000 plus superannuation.
