About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Admin officer to join our team at Partner in care disability services' in Belgian Gardens, Queensland for 2 days a week. As an Admin officer , you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients with disabilities.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the activities of support workers to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively

Develop and implement policies, procedures and systems to maintain compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Liaise with clients, their families and other stakeholders to understand and address their needs

Provide leadership, training and mentoring to the support worker team

Monitor and report on service quality, client outcomes and team performance

Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and professional development of support workers

Collaborate with the wider organisation to contribute to the continuous improvement of our disability services

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in disability services, community services or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the disability or aged care sector

Demonstrated understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and experience in service delivery within this framework

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational abilities

Commitment to providing person-centred, high-quality care and support

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead by example

Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel between locations as required
