Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive level of support to the Product Manager by coordinating day to day activities and relationships on the SmartEarn solution; affiliate networks,merchant and supplier relationships. The job also works closely with both the Senior Account Managers for each client to deliver robust operations and campaign support.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnerships Management

To Attend Network events, merchant/network meetings as required.

To provide day to day coordination of affiliate partnership communications, queries and updates.

New Merchant Onboarding and Maintenance

Setup new merchants approved by Client Services Team

SmartEarn network merchant updates (e.g. closure, change to terms, commission rates, ammending logos, and merchant trackers across all SmartEarn clients)

Monitoring Affiliate inbox daily and share summary to Client Services Team daily of key events

Network Sales Tracking Audits and troubleshooting tech issues.

Auditing voucher pages for expiry daily.

Auditing merchant terms and conditions and delivery conditions at assigned regular interval

Auditing fraudulent member activity as and when required.

SmartEarn and SmartRedeem Software & Solutions

Support tracking and reporting (in accordance with standard SLAs)

Checking client websites are live, testing content e.g. homepage banners/ no other display issues - Front end checks. Daily check on client home page for bonus offers

Merchant points audit

Merchant voucher audits as and when required.

Collating product and pricing changes from suppliers

Coordinating Client Marketing Campaign

Support Client Services Team on merchant brief

Source banners and assets from participating merchants and suppliers across monthly client campaigns

Assist on end to end execution of campaigns

Support on developing performance tracking and reporting as required

Member Operations

Validating member claims

Resolve of claims with networks

Management of issues and advanced escalations

Management of customer response based on valid / invalid claim

Points/ transaction adjustments to members accounts

Weekly provision of Issues Reporting Management including total issues, by channel and resolve within SLA’s.

Skills / Experience:

A bachelor degree and professional qualification or suitable experience from a relevant industry is regarded highly

Previous E-Commerce experience.

Experience of working across multiple accounts.

An effective communicator across various mediums who will be able to input on team matters and build rapport with merchant and network partners.

Strong organizational skills, creative approach with a calm ‘can-do’ work ethic

Demonstrable excellent analytical skills and a very keen eye for detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines and be flexible to support variable client timelines

Effectively work and communicate with other business functions. Confident communicator
