We are supporting a growing Australia-Wide organisation that is looking to expand their Team in Perth by adding an additional Service Administrator / Scheduler / Coordinator to the team.

Permanent Full-time position, working Monday – Friday (7:30am – 3:30pm), you will be responsible for scheduling technicians undertaking a mix of Electrical, HVAC and Fire Services maintenance, repair, and breakdown work to commercial, light industrial, heavy industrial, education premises across Perth.

Key Duties

• Overseeing all aspects of the work orders for preventative and reactive work
• Be a first point of contact and support customers by coordinating and scheduling services
• Raise new jobs, allocate work / create daily schedules and coordinate times for attendance with the Technical Service staff, to ensure strict contract obligations are met / exceeded
• Administration support
• Support the Contract Managers, Supervisors and Technical Service Team

About you

• 4+ years’ experience working in a role as a service administrator / scheduler / coordinator in the Facility Management, Pest Control or Maintenance Services industries is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to ensure strong client and staff relationships and timely service delivery
• Must have strong experience with MS Office
• Workorder management experience on Maximo, SimPro, Pronto or MEX is highly desirable
• Problem-solving, time management and organisational skills and experience
