Business Analyst Job Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Collaborating with users to gather and record business requirements.

2. Creating user guides and training materials and conducting formal training sessions.

3. Examining, analyzing, and assessing business processes, procedures, and work practices.

4. Applying project management techniques to develop plans, allocate resources, and manage projects effectively.

5. Utilizing data and process modeling methods to generate clear specifications for software design and development

6. Serving as a primary point of reference, offering guidance and support throughout the system project decision-making process.

7. Recommending efficient business practices and system functionalities to enhance performance.
