About the role

Ruby Homes is looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this full-time position based in Oakville, NSW 2765, you'll play a key role in the construction, installation, and finishing of timber structures and custom features in our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and repair frameworks, structures, and fixtures for residential homes.

Build and install custom features such as cabinetry, furniture, and fittings based on client requirements.

Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials for bespoke construction tasks.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Adhere to safety regulations and building codes to maintain a safe working environment.

Perform quality control checks to ensure all carpentry work meets our high standards.

Assist with any other tasks or duties as directed by the Employer.

About You:

Proven experience in residential carpentry or related trade.

Strong understanding of building plans, technical drawings, and measurements.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

Knowledge of Australian building codes and safety standards.

Valid driver’s license and relevant trade qualifications are desirable.
