At Sureline Carpentry we’re a small local family owned business, based out of Mandurah. Working all over the Peel Region and surrounding areas, south of the River. We’re a passionate and dedicated team providing high-quality roof carpentry services. We take pride in our workmanship skills to deliver exceptional results on every project, making sure our customers needs are met and satisfied. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and experience within the industry.
We‘re seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join the team. Looking for tradesman or an apprentice, full time/casual hours.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. We’re happy to train the right person if your motivated and eager to learn. Your role will be to assist the roof carpenters onsite. Must have a positive attitude, able to- follow instructions and complete all tasks to a high standard. Reliability and time management skills are essential. If employed as a tradesman you’ll play a crucial role in the construction and installation of high-quality timber roofing systems. Your hourly rate is negotiable depending on skill set and experience.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

· Learning systems and setting jobs out.

· Stick/ roofing wall framing/ cladding.

· Read and interpret construction plans.

· Asist in building timber roofs, start to finish.

· Overcome onsite challenges, problem-solving skills.

· Maintain a clean, organised and safe work site.

· Mentoring an apprentice if needed.

WHAT WE OFFER

· Local work Monday- Friday (Saturday-optional).

· Full time/casual hours.

· $35-$55 hourly rate, competitive pay based on experience. Paid weekly.
