About the Role

As the Residential Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the leadership, clinical supervision, and mentoring of the care staff, as well the care and well being of the 11 residents of the facility.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience with development and training of staff
• Working knowledge of the NDIS is beneficial
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience as an Enrolled Nurse as a minimum

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of care staff, including regular supervision
• Intake and assessment
• Development and implementation of participants care plans
• Liase with clinical professionals and external stakeholders
