Your new role

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  
• Be the go-to expert on payroll awards, superannuation, PAYG, and tax regulations
  
• Oversee employee onboarding, records management, and pay reviews
  
• Process workers' compensation claims and reconcile reimbursements
  
• Calculate termination payments, long service leave, and other entitlements
  
• Conduct payroll analysis for reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements
  
• Assist with month-end reconciliations, audits, and internal payroll reviews
  
• Maintain and refine payroll procedures, ensuring compliance
  
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated payroll experience in a complex, multi-payroll environment
  
• Understanding of payroll legislation, tax, awards, and compliance
  
• Advanced Excel and payroll system proficiency
  
• High attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach
