Responsibilities

• Client calls & account management
• Crafting strategic social and marketing approaches to generate leads proactively;
• Collaboration with the Managing Director to s process automation and optimisation;
• Expand the client base swiftly and reducing lead conversion time;
• Devise more targeted and efficient outreach methods; and
• Planning monthly and yearly campaigns in advance to drive revenue, sales, and lead generation effectively.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a blend of marketing and sales expertise, particularly skilled in prospecting and converting leads;
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, capable of taking initiative and adapting swiftly;
• Possesses a strong determination and motivation to succeed;
• Experienced in direct marketing strategies aimed at driving sales rather than just brand visibility;
• Preference for candidates with a sales-oriented background, emphasising the significance of cultivating client relationships; and
• Quick-witted and adept at grasping concepts effortlessly.
