About the role

Seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to join the dynamic team at Australian College of Business Intelligence. In this full-time role based in Sydney, NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and enrolment for the college's sought-after business intelligence programs.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach prospective students
• Manage the college's social media presence, website, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the admissions and student experience teams to support end-to-end customer journeys
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the college's marketing strategy
• Work closely with the leadership team to set and achieve ambitious marketing goals
• Manage the marketing budget and oversee the performance of any external agencies or vendors

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or training sector
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong project management and organisational abilities
• Proficient in the use of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Understanding of the higher education landscape and familiarity with business intelligence or data analytics programs
