As a full-time Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our renowned restaurant, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory management, and financial controls

Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience

Lead, motivate, and inspire a talented team of wait staff to deliver exceptional service

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labour regulations

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain

Continuously monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and employee retention

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a high-performing restaurant team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills

Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and hospitality systems such as BePoz and Open Table

Thorough understanding of food and beverage operations, as well as industry trends and best practices

Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and driving operational excellence
