Betts+Partners is a South-East Queensland architecture and interior design practice that specialises in the design of elevated residential living.

We are a growing high-performance architecture and interior design practice designed for an exceptional team with the purpose of delivering exceptional residential design in service of others.

The practice is led by Duncan Betts (Architect) who has over 20 years of tier 1 national practice experience condensed into a boutique high performance studio to deliver market leading residential design services with hands-on leadership. The Role

Work with our team on the architecture and interior design delivery of high quality residential projects as part of our 5 part process. All roles in Betts+Partners are hands-on and require strong creative, design, technical and interpersonal communication skills.

Discover - explore opportunities to create elegant, sophisticated and spatially efficient architecture.

Design - create and present beautiful bespoke architecture.

Develop - refine and craft architectural design concepts for project sales and marketing and pricing.

Document - produce high quality architectural design detailing and documentation for construction.

Deliver - oversee the realisation of the architectural design concept and documentation during construction.

Work environment guide: Full-time; hybrid or remote dependent on the individual's circumstances and ability.

Essential Skills + Experience

Registered Architect (QLD) mandatory.

Masters of Architecture Degree (University of Queensland or QUT preferred)

8–15+ years of experience designing and documenting high quality residential architecture and interiors.

Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Portfolio that demonstrates exceptional residential design and documentation capabilities.

Passion for high quality residential architecture and interior design.

Positive attitude; highly organised and motivated.

Strong technical skills, attention to detail and spatial planning.

Extensive knowledge of products, materials, suppliers and detailing.

Highly proficient in Revit; Enscape and Adobe Suite.
