What are your responsibilities?

1. Provide exceptional administrative and campaign assistance to support lead sales agents
2. Manage the team stock list
3. Liaise with buyers and sellers to ensure a seamless process
4. Schedule and attend final inspections, as well as building and pest inspections
5. Assist in preparing accurate market analysis’, proposals, and other relevant documentation
6. Support the development and management of the team’s database
7. Marketing & social media support
8. Provide general administrative/assistant support & exceptional customer service

The successful candidate will posses:

1. Experience in Real Estate Administration and advertising is necessary
2. Exceptional attention to detail and has a can-do attitude
3. Possess outstanding customer service skills & excellent communication skills
4. Highly organised with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing sales team
6. Proven track record of managing and completing multiple tasks within tight deadlines
7. High degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc)
8. Current driver's license & a reliable vehicle
