About the role

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for driving sales in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs, engaging with buyers and sellers in a dynamic, fast-paced market. We’re looking for an already established agent working in the North, ideally with a personal database and a track record of 20+ self-generated annual sales.

Alternatively, if you’re an experienced Sales PA ready to take the next step and grow your personal brand, we want to hear from you!

You’ll gain access to our extensive existing database of past clients, prospective vendors, and buyers, giving you immediate listing opportunities and strong support to elevate your sales game.

You’ll also benefit from being involved in landmark off-the-plan projects in the Northern suburbs, where we will mentor and support you in mastering off-the-plan sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, helping clients buy and sell in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors, Buyers, and other key stakeholders.

Conduct property showings and open homes, presenting properties to prospective buyers.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure properties are effectively promoted.

Leverage your existing network and contacts to generate new leads and business opportunities in the Northern suburbs.

Grow and expand our market presence in the northern suburbs, increasing brand visibility and establish yourself as leading agent in the area.
