KEY DUTIES

• Door knocking and cold calling to generate new leads
• Maintaining relationships with prospective clients
• Sales database management
• Preparing for open home inspections and auctions
• Property & vendor reports/feedbacks

• Have an Agents Representative Certificate
• Passionate about real estate
• Able to work full-time
• Be well presented
• Possess strong communication skills
• Be able to establish rapport with people
• Have a deep desire to improve
• Have an exceptional work ethic
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Possess a motor vehicle
• Speak fluent in English
• Mandarin-speaking is also an advantage
