Future Student Officer - NEW Redfern Campus (Opening June 2025)

The role will suit an organised person who loves design, is articulate, possesses good social interaction and administrative skills, and has excellent networking and strong sales skills.

The purpose of the officer is to increase domestic enrolments into our campuses by initiating and growing strategic relationships within the local and state-wide school network. The role will support a state of high schools and cultivate good working relationships with high school principals, career counsellors and/or teaching staff, to plan and facilitate events and other initiatives in order to obtain quality leads for each course.

This is an on-campus and field-based business development role as well as a marketing role that has one key objective – to meet sales targets. Extensive travel and irregular hours are involved.

On a typical week in this role, you will

Develop and execute the marketing plan for the state, segmenting and prioritising high schools and key contacts

Answer all leads and enquiries within 24 hrs and put validated leads into the sales funnel

Build relationships with key contacts (including teachers) within the state to advise the variety of course opportunities at Whitehouse and capture quality leads from year 10 to year 12 students

Enrol domestic school leavers and meet enrolment targets for early entry.

Contribute to monthly sales reports to monitor progress toward yearly sales targets

Build and maintain an accurate database of contacts, schools, and business activity in HubSpot

Achieve conversion rates at all steps of the admissions cycle

Set up event stands and attend school career fairs – under the direction of the manager.

Organise and host info evenings/weekends, tours and interviews for all prospective students.

Who are you?

To be successful in the position you will:

Have demonstrated experience in a sales role

Have experience working for an education provider and the domestic student market

Be driven by results, passionate about customer service

Commercial acumen

You love building relationships and you're energised by sales

Have HubSpot / digital experience

Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ability to multitask

Have a full drivers license

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
