About the role
The Future Students and Engagement unit is currently recruiting for multiple Casual Future Student Advisors to work within the Future Student Team (FST) located on campus in Armidale. FST offers flexible work hours, comprehensive training and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a friendly work environment.
The Future Student Team has been assisting thousands of new students come to UNE by providing guidance, exceptional customer service and advice related to all things UNE including preparation for study, course choices, studying online or living on campus and assisting with the admission process. We work as a team in a fast-paced contact centre environment and engage with new students by phone, email, online chat and Facebook and sometimes at face-to-face events.

Reliable and enjoy working within a team.
Applicants must be willing to work from the FST office, located on campus in Armidale.
Successful applicants will gain extensive on-the-job training, which will prepare them not only for this role but also to build their career in general.
