Role Impact
As our Senior Student Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in connecting ambitious Australian students with life-changing educational opportunities. You'll be the face of our institutions, guiding prospective students through their educational journey and contributing to the growth of our domestic student base.

Key responsibilities

Recruit domestic Australian students for AIBI HE Bachelor's and Master's courses

Manage inbound leads and conduct strategic outbound calls

Respond promptly to web, phone, and email enquiries

Engage with students, schools, and other stakeholders

Identify and initiate new business opportunities

Attend exhibitions and visit high schools to promote our courses

Meet and exceed sales targets

Required Skills and Experience

Proven sales experience, preferably in student recruitment or similar field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong ability to connect with and advise students

Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets

Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in education sales or similar environment

Experience in lead generation and business development
