🌿 About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile go-getter with a background in fresh produce or logistics, who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role with a diverse range of responsibilities:

Picking and packing wholesale and home delivery orders

Driving wholesale and home delivery runs (C-Class licence required)

Managing or assisting at weekend farmers markets

Leading customer service interactions

Supporting team operations across packing, logistics and delivery

Representing our values with pride – on the road, at the market, or in the warehouse

✅ You’ll Need To Be…

Experienced in fresh produce, food service, logistics or similar

Reliable and physically capable – early starts and lifting are part of the role

A great communicator and team leader, confident in taking charge

Forklift ticket is a big bonus (or willingness to obtain)

Energised by growth, motivated by autonomy, and ready to evolve with us

Available at least one weekend day, plus weekdays starting early from Pickering Brook
