This is a result - focused role with responsibilities for:

Day to day management of the department,

Previous background in bathrooms, taps, fittings and plumbing experience essential

Setting standards and leading the team,

Driving sales for your area,

Great customer skills

Exceeding our customer expectations, and

Fostering a safe and meaningful working environment.

Reporting to the General Manager Operations and Sales, you pride yourself on your ability to build rapport with customers and internal relationships across the business. You get your "buzz" from growing the team to be the best, and handling even the toughest challenges with goodwill.
