About the Position

Based in Knoxfield, VIC, this permanent full-time position is responsible for ensuring our products are manufactured to meet our high quality standards.

This role is based on our day shift - Monday to Friday : 6:24 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities of this Position Include, but are not limited to:

Operate and manage molding machines, including loading and unloading molds.

Handle custom molding jobs and interpret assembly and machine operation instructions.

Conduct tooling changes with guidance and assist in specialized box assembly.

Assemble a variety of general products and complete most custom molding tasks.

Learn and operate roto-molding machines, hand tools, and power tools.

About You

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards.

Previous manufacturing, factory, or assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.

Have a dedication to high quality and safety standards and enthusiasm for continuous improvement

Must be physically fit to work in an environment requiring lifting up to 15 kgs.
