Studio Manager – Growth + Business Development

BodyEthos is more than just a Pilates and Yoga studio — we’re a wellness hub, a vibrant community, and a space where movement meets meaning. Established in 2002, we’re proudly Balmain-based and known for our warm, inclusive atmosphere and amazing Pilates + Yoga class experiences.

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who thrives in a purpose-driven environment and is excited to drive business growth, boost membership numbers, and lead our team.

This is a full-time leadership role for someone who loves both the people side and the performance side of running a studio.

What you'll be doing:

Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional in-studio experience

Driving membership sales, lead conversion, and retention strategies

Building local business relationships and leading community outreach

Coaching and inspiring your team to meet individual and studio KPIs

Collaborating with our leadership team to execute growth campaigns and events

Reporting on performance metrics and delivering results

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development

A confident leader with great energy, initiative, and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building community

A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit and exceed growth targets

Previous experience in the wellness, fitness, hospitality or retail industries is a plus
