KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly welcome and assist prospective and current members.

Lead and inspire a team of consultants and trainers.

Crush KPIs and sales targets with finesse.

Curate exciting in-club and community events

Spearhead sales initiatives within the club and the local community.

Cultivate an inclusive and supportive club environment.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.

Champion the Anytime Fitness brand in the local community.

Sales savvy (fitness sales experience a plus).

Social media mastery (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Demonstrated leadership prowess.

Stellar interpersonal skills and a knack for closing deals.

Willingness to adhere to processes and procedures.

Flexibility to work varied shifts Monday to Friday and alternative Saturdays.

ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS

Current Working with Children BlueCard Check.

Current First Aid Certificate.

Current CPR Certificate.
