Synergy Compounding Pharmacy, located in Crows Nest, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispensing and Compounding Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about pharmacy, health, and personalised medicine. We offer proper compounding training that will help you achieve compounding certification.

About the Role:

As a Dispensing and Compounding Technician, you’ll assist in the preparation and dispensing of customised medications, working closely with our experienced pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, compounding, and labelling medications accurately

Dispensing medications with attention to detail

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Managing stock and inventory

Supporting pharmacists with daily operations

Adhering to pharmacy procedures and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

No experience required – we’ll provide full training and support for your compounding certification

Previous pharmacy or lab experience is a bonus

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Interest in compounding and customised healthcare
