About the Role
We’re growing—and looking for a creative, organised, and detail-obsessed Content & Brand Coordinator to help us take our storytelling, content creation, and digital presence to the next level. This role will support our founder and creative team across content production, influencer marketing, campaign scheduling, and social strategy. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations—crafting content, assisting on shoots, building campaigns, and helping Luxe & Beau show up beautifully across every channel.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

Supporting the planning and styling of all photo shoots—sourcing models, locations, props, and assisting on the day.

Assisting with content creation in our studio (with our in-house photographer) across product, campaign, and lifestyle shoots.

Creating and publishing organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest (7 posts, 3 reels, and 14+ stories per week).

Managing and optimising email marketing via Klaviyo (3x emails per week), helping grow our list and elevate engagement.

Assisting with 2–3 ad creatives per week, helping plan and produce scroll-stopping video content for Meta and TikTok.

Working with influencers and collaborators to build strong, strategic partnerships and content plans.

Attending weekly marketing meetings to help coordinate the content calendar and campaign priorities.

Scheduling and publishing content across platforms, ensuring all messaging and visuals are aligned.

Requirements

You must love beautiful design, storytelling, and the Luxe & Beau aesthetic.

Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Pinterest, and Klaviyo is essential.

Highly organised and detail-focused—you know how to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines with grace.

You thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

A visual thinker with a strong portfolio of content that’s both stylish and effective.

Excellent communicator who works well both independently and as part of a team.

Part-time or full-time depending on experience (minimum 3 days/week to start)

Based in Fyshwick, Canberra.
