Digi Media Hive is a young, growing digital media agency based in Geelong. We help local businesses with their social media marketing, covering both organic and paid strategies, with occasional graphic design work. We're building something special and looking for a talented Content Creator to join our collaborative team.

The Role

We're seeking a social media expert who can create engaging, innovative content across multiple platforms. You'll work with a manageable caseload of clients - we prioritise quality over quantity and wellbeing over overwhelm. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing business where your ideas and creativity will be valued.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Develop and implement content strategies aligned with client goals

Understand and apply TOFU, MOFU and BOFU principles to content creation

Create content that helps drive business results for our clients

Manage content calendars and scheduling

Analyse performance metrics, audience insights and optimise content accordingly

Collaborate with team members on integrated campaigns

Stay up-to-date with platform changes and emerging trends

About You

Located in Geelong or Melbourne

Expert-level knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Active user of social media platforms personally

Strategic understanding of different audience stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

Experience with additional social media platforms (advantage)

Portfolio demonstrating successful content creation

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and collaborative mindset

Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a growing environment

Excellent communication skills
