Mister Membrane is not your average waterproofing company. We’re Sydney’s go-to for high-end residential projects – collaborating with some of the country’s best builders, architects, and designers. Now we’re levelling up our brand – and we need a creative content weapon to help tell our story.

We're on the hunt for a talented Photo/Video Content Creator + Social Media Manager to join us part-time (2 days per week) for an initial 3-month contract.

What you’ll be doing:

🎥 Capturing high-quality photos and videos of our projects (on-site)
📱 Creating engaging Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content
🧠 Planning and scheduling content across Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook
✨ Assisting with the visual rollout of our new website
🎯 Growing and nurturing our online presence with a strong brand voice

What we’re looking for:

A creative eye and experience in both photography and videography (on-site work, not just studio)

Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)

Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook for business

Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, or similar)

A confident communicator who can liaise with tradies on-site and bring our work to life

Bonus points if you’ve worked in construction, design, or architecture industries
