Position: Team Lead for Premium Garden Maintenance

About Us:

Hakley Gardens Located in Sydney's Eastern suburbs, Hakley Gardens is a leader in high-end garden maintenance and soft landscaping. We're currently seeking a team leader with significant industry experience who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Work Schedule:

● Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm

Tasks & Responsibilities:

● Lead and execute advanced hedging and topiary projects

● Implement effective and sustainable pest management solutions

● Optimise irrigation settings for a variety of plant types

● Conduct in-depth plant health analyses

● Manage complex weed eradication programs

● Prepare comprehensive work reports for client portfolios

Qualifications & Experience:

● A minimum of 3 years experience in horticulture industry & Certificate III in horticulture

● Current manual driver's license

● Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team leader

● Experience in training apprentices and junior staff

● Exceptional standards in all aspects of garden maintenance
