About the Role

Innovative Garden Group is seeking an experienced Horticulturist Team Leader to join our growing team. This full-time position focuses on maintaining and developing residential and commercial gardens primarily in the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore, with services offered Sydney-wide. The role includes a company ute and work phone, all centered around customer satisfaction and a strong company culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Caring for a variety of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs.

Performing garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.

Managing pests and diseases effectively.

Assisting in designing and installing new garden features.

Safely operating and maintaining gardening equipment.

Providing expert advice to clients on garden care and plant selection.

Contributing to the overall development of the company’s horticultural projects.

What We're Looking For

Experience in horticulture or gardening, with strong plant knowledge and garden maintenance skills.

While a Certificate III in Horticulture is preferred, we value hands-on experience and practical knowledge equally.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

A commitment to delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license.
