Available roles

We are currently in high growth with expansion of our Brisbane based Mowing & Gardening Section. We are seeking Full Time Team Leaders for North Brisbane. We also have positions available for Full Time, Part Time or Casual Team Members servicing all areas from Tweed Heads out to Cedar Vale and Ipswich and up to Caboolture.

The Team Leader role involves leading teams of two to three Team Members to deliver excellent Mowing & Gardening, Pressure washing, Garden resets and Window & Gutters services for our residential, commercial and body corporate clients. Team Leaders are responsible for day to day upkeep of customers property to high standards with autonomy.

The positions involve working across the North Brisbane metro area tending to garden and lawns services for elderly, veterans and some commercial/body corporate sites.

Physical fitness is sufficient to undertake the responsibilities required

An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties

The ability to work in an outdoor environment where weather conditions can be unfavourable at times

Experience with equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and blowers.

Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others

Good Communication skills with our client base

Desirable licenses if held

Horticulture Certificate 2 or 3

Chemcert certificate

Current drivers license.

Construction Induction Card

Any other licenses

Desirable skills or willing to gain

Irrigation

Ride-on mowers

Pest and disease identification/control

Detailed hedging
