About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Front Row Financial Management as a Commercial Credit Analyst. This full-time position is based in Morningside, Queensland and will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business.

What you'll be doing

Analyse and assess applications for commercial mortgage loans

Conduct thorough financial and risk evaluations of potential borrowers

Liaise with clients, collect supporting documentation, and prepare detailed credit reports

Collaborate with the lending team to structure loan proposals that meet client needs

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and lending policies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit assessment processes

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field

5+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis or a similar role

Strong understanding of the mortgage and commercial lending industry

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using credit assessment and loan management software including Excel
