As we scale, we’re now hiring a Lending Strategist to help drive complex deals, lead an offshore credit team, and leverage the latest AI tools to deliver faster, smarter lending strategies to our clients.

The Opportunity

This isn’t your typical loan writer role. As a Lending Strategist, you’ll play a central role in our credit team—structuring multi-layered lending solutions, managing offshore analysts, and embedding AI into our workflow to accelerate outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

Structuring credit strategies for investors, business owners, and high-income clients

Managing a team of offshore credit analysts—reviewing their work, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality output

Training and up-skilling the credit team in lending policy, structures, and analysis

Utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline document review, policy research, and strategy design

Supporting brokers on self-employed and multi-entity loan scenarios

Reviewing and interpreting financials, trust deeds, and lending proposals

Managing client expectations and ensuring lending timelines are met

Liaising with banks and non-bank lenders to get complex deals approved

You’ll Excel In This Role If You Have:

3–5+ years experience in a mortgage broking company, either as a broker, credit analyst, or credit support

Proven experience managing or mentoring team members (onshore or offshore)

Strong understanding of lending policy, trust structures, self-employed clients, and investment lending

Familiarity with or a passion for leveraging AI tools (e.g. OCR, policy bots, ChatGPT) to work smarter and faster

Excellent credit strategy skills and the ability to communicate them clearly to brokers and clients

An interest in building systems, developing people, and scaling a high-performance team
