This is your chance to step into the brand engine room, working directly with our visionary founder Dr. Garreth McBride—known for his fast-paced, big-thinking, story-first leadership style.

🔧 The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who can:

Build and schedule social content across Instagram and Facebook

Write captions, email copy, and reel scripts that feel real and relatable

Plan and co-create video content with our founder and freelance videographers

Keep our brand aesthetics sharp using Canva and simple design tools

Support campaigns, personal branding, and community engagement initiatives

Repurpose content across Garreth’s and The Good Dentist’s profiles

Work from our Newcastle clinic—immersed in the heart of the brand

💼 The Details

Contractor engagement (ABN required)

$30-$40 per Hr

3-4 days per week

On-site role at our Newcastle clinic

Perfect for a content all-rounder, marketing grad, or aspiring brand builder

🌟 You’ll Thrive If You…

Have 1–3 years’ experience in social, marketing, or content creation

Love writing and storytelling (and know how to speak fluent “Instagram”)

Know your way around Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp (or similar)

Want to work in a brand that actually values creativity

Are fast, honest, self-directed—and know how to get sh*t done

Have basic video editing skills (Reels/TikTok)

Can shoot short-form content on a phone or camera
