THE ROLE

Our client is looking for two Junior Brand Marketing Officers to join their dynamic team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home two days a week. It’s a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic junior marketers with a few years of experience in consumer goods marketing to gain hands-on exposure across multiple brands.

In these roles, you will be involved in a variety of brand marketing activities, including:

• Assisting with the development of marketing materials for allocated brands and sponsorship events
• Supporting point-of-sale promotions
• Attending and participating in product launch events
• Contributing to artwork briefing sessions
• Monitoring brand campaigns, market trends, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations
• Providing post-campaign reporting on their effectiveness
• Supporting consumer research, including brand health assessments and product concept testing

The marketing team has a great structure, with dedicated specialists across Product Branding, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Education—ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. SELECTION CRITERIA

Our client is looking for you to meet the following criteria:

• Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in consumer goods or FMCG industry
• Creative writing flair with passion and energy to innovate
• Exceptional organizational skills—able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research
• Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, which naturally extend to being an excellent presenter with the ability to share ideas, concepts, and information clearly and confidently
