Golden Hills Brewery is hiring Front of House, Bar Staff, and Leadership Team members to join the team - with further opportunities available within our group, Melbourne Food and Brew.

We’re looking for motivated hospitality professionals who bring experience, passion, and a strong work ethic to an evolving venue. Golden Hills Brewery seats 250 guests, and we're seeking individuals who enjoy busy services, as well as working in functions and events. While previous hospitality experience is not a must, customer-facing experience is a plus.

Are a Team Player with Strong Communication Skills: We need someone who can work well with others, stay composed during busy services, and drive success as part of a team.

Take a Hands-On Approach: Our management team is directly involved in supporting staff and ensuring quality service. We’re looking for people who are service-focused and pay attention to product quality.

Must Be Available on Mother’s Day for an important event at the brewery.
