We’re looking for a motivated speech pathologist to join our growing team! This role offers a flexible EFT from 0.2 up to 0.8, entirely tailored to suit your availability and work-life balance. Whether you're seeking a small caseload or a busier schedule, we’ll support you to shape your ideal role at either our Mordialloc or Hampton Centers or both!

About Us
Kirsten Toll and Associates has been delivering high-quality speech pathology services in Melbourne’s bayside suburbs since 2009. Our team supports both pediatric and adult clients across a variety of settings—clinic, school, and home-based.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new Small Street, Hampton clinic in mid-June, which will complement our busy, well-established Mordialloc Centre. Both clinics are purpose-built and fully resourced to support a wide range of communication needs.

Our team is made up of highly experienced part-time therapists, most of whom concurrently work in the main public health networks (including Alfred Health, Peninsula Health, Monash Health, and the Dept of Ed). This brings a rich depth of current evidenced based practices and knowledge to our clients—and to our team.

In 2021, we welcomed a music coach to our team to support clients with their communication and musical goals—an exciting collaborative element that continues to thrive.

Our Locations
Both our clinics are ideally located near schools, train stations, great cafes (including being next door to the fabulous Merrymen Café in Hampton), op shops, shopping strips, and just a short walk from the beach to have a swim or your lunch.

The Role

Provide speech therapy to preschool and early school-aged children with a range of communication needs including language and articulation disorders, fluency, literacy, social communication, and presentations such as autism spectrum disorders.

Deliver sessions in our clinics, or out in the community—in childcare centers, kindergartens, schools, and home settings.

Enjoy the freedom to shape your own caseload, without the pressure of billable targets.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

WWC Check

Current Driver’s License

Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Experience with a pediatric caseload preferred, but we’re happy to consider new grads too

An interest in flexible, part-time work in a supportive and well-resourced private practice
