Want the freedom to choose your own hours, make a real difference, and feel genuinely valued? You’ve found your place.
At Path Allied Health, we believe therapy is about more than just assessments and reports-it’s about connection, building confidence, and helping people live more independently.
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and compassionate Speech Pathologist (5+ years’ experience) to join our growing start-up as a contractor supporting our amazing NDIS community.
We currently offer physiotherapy across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs, and we’re expanding our services to include Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy - so it’s a fantastic time to jump on board and grow with us!
You’ll be working from home, planning your own schedule, and visiting participants in the community when needed. With a mixed caseload, no two days will be the same - and that’s part of what makes the role so rewarding.
Why Join Path Allied Health?
- A focus on expertise & a compassionate approach – Join a team that values clinical excellence and genuinely cares about the people we support.
- Above-average industry pay that truly values your expertise. We pay superannuation on top of your hourly rate.
- Your work, your way – Full flexibility to shape your caseload and hours around your lifestyle.
- A small, supportive team that likes to have fun- Collaboration is key, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously!
- Real impact – Our participants appreciate thoughtful, quality care - and they feel the difference.
- Career progression opportunities – We’re just getting started, so watch this space… growth and leadership opportunities are on the horizon!

• Taking charge of your own caseload and schedule-flexibility is built in

• A degree in Speech Pathology
• Certified Practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally including work with NDIS participants
• A genuine love for supporting others and building lasting connections
