Join Crest Allied Health as a Speech Pathologist!
Are you ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families across Sydney? At Crest Allied Health, we're looking for dedicated Speech Pathologists to join our team. Enjoy the flexibility of a contractor role (employee roles also available) with flexible hours, the support of a multidisciplinary team, tailored career progression opportunities and the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a close-knit group of professionals. We operate in Sydney's Hills District, St George, Inner West and Canterbury/Bankstown regions. However, this role is based within the NSW Hills District region..
Why Choose Us?
We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, so we've designed our roles to offer maximum flexibility and minimal administrative burden. Our established service has strong relationships with schools, early childhood settings, GPs, and paediatricians. We offer individual therapy, group therapy, multidisciplinary sessions, and school-based services, all supported by a robust referral base, strong administrative support and existing resources. Whilst we are predominantly mobile, travel is kept to a minimum and we have co-work spaces and work from home options available. We have clinic-based opportunities available.
What Sets Us Apart:
Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule and take time off as needed. Work close to home in either Sydney’s Inner West, St George, or Hills District regions.
Minimal Admin Work: Focus on what you love – clinical work. We take care of most of the administrative tasks.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a team of experienced clinicians who value collaboration and mutual support. We have regular team meetings and internal professional development days, to allow us to connect as a team.
Resources and Infrastructure: We provide assessments, technology devices for ease of work, multiple resource based subscriptions and regular supervision.
