The Opportunity

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of:

• Dapl Restaurant – Buffet breakfast & à la carte dinner
• Lobby Bar – Classic cocktails & casual dining
• Two Donkeys Café – Grab-and-go fare
• In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service
• Conferences & Events – Spaces for up to 280 guests

You’ll lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you’ll help maintain high service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.

This is a full-time role, typically 38–42 hours per week, paid at $28.87/hour, with penalty rates for weekends, public holidays, and overtime. You’ll be paid for every hour worked, with expected earnings of $70K–$73K p.a..

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel)
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Confidence managing service and leading a team
• Availability across a rotating 7-day roster (between 6am and 11pm)
• A hands-on approach and a passion for delivering excellent service
