We are the most iconic and Awarded Colonial Style Beach House in Queensland, our focus is creating memories for adults and couples. We are renowned for our personalised service in a truly relaxed setting offering tranquility, ambience and boutique luxury.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to deliver the highest levels of customer service and meal quality in our award winning Reef House Restaurant. Our Restaurant has a reputation for excellence and you may have the opportunity to be a part of this winning combination. Our customer service goal is to create bespoke memorable Reef House experiences, something which cannot be created elsewhere.

Skills and experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead by example
• The drive to consistently deliver the very best
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Exceptional culinary expertise coupled with a strong training ability
• Relevant Diploma Qualifications including Apprenticeship and Food Hygiene certifications
